The Role
We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial Founder’s Associate to work directly with our Founder & CEO across some of the company’s most important strategic initiatives.
This is not a traditional assistant, PMO, or project management role.
You will operate at the center of company building - supporting initiatives across growth, sales, partnerships, thought leadership, strategic projects, market positioning, AI initiatives, ecosystem expansion, and special operations.
One day you may prepare a strategic customer discussion with a global OEM. The next day you may help shape a market expansion initiative, support a high-impact thought leadership campaign, structure a strategic partnership, or drive a growth initiative from idea to execution.
The role is intentionally broad, fast-moving, and high ownership.
You should enjoy ambiguity, move quickly, think independently, and be excited about solving hard problems across very different domains.
ClearOps is entering a unique phase: the foundations have been built, the market timing is right, and the company is now scaling globally.
This role offers a front-row seat to that journey.
Responsibilities
- Support strategic sales and customer initiatives
- Drive growth and go-to-market projects
- Help shape ClearOps’ external positioning and founder thought leadership
- Prepare strategic presentations, workshops, and executive materialsfor board meetings and other
- Support strategic partnerships and ecosystem initiatives
- Conduct market research and strategic analyses
- Drive high-impact initiatives from idea to execution
- Identifyoperational improvements and scaling opportunities
- Support AI-related initiatives and experimentation
- Act as a force multiplier for the CEO across rapidly changing priorities
