Your mission

We believe that the flow of goods depends on the flow of data. That’s why we connect thousands of machine manufacturers, distributors, and machines on our platform. By centralizing customer service, we ensure spare parts and services are available when and where they’re needed. The result? Ever moving trucks, tractors, fork lifts, cars and more!  

ClearOps is looking for a UX/UI Design Intern to join our Munich-based product team for 6 months. 

In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced Product Managers, Engineers, and our design team to improve the user experience of our B2B SaaS platform used in the aftersales supply chain. 


This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience designing real product features, learning how design works in a modern product team, and contributing to software used by real customers. 

Your profile

This internship is a unique opportunity to dive into the world of marketing and go to market by supporting our growth and expansion strategy while gaining valuable experience. 

Responsibilities
  • Support the design of product features and workflows within our existing roadmap
  • Create user flows, wireframes, and UI designs for complex B2B workflows
  • Prepare design specs and assets for engineering implementation (including layouts, interactions, edge cases) to engineering
  • Improve existing features based on user feedback and product data
  • Contribute to and apply our design system in Figma
  • Support user research and usability testing
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers during feature development
  • Participate in product discovery and sprint rituals
  • You will gain exposure to the full product design process, from discovery to implementation. 

Qualifications
  • Student or recent graduate in UX/UI Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or similar
  • Strong interest in digital product design
  • Basic proficiencyin Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping)
  • Understanding of UX fundamentals (user flows, usability, interaction design)
  • Curiosity for how software products are built
  • Strong communication and willingness to learn

Nice to Have 

  • First experience designing apps, SaaS tools, or digital products
  • Interest in data-informed design (analytics, user feedback)
  • Interest in AI tools for research, ideation, or design workflows
  • German language skills
