Role Overview:
As an Implementation Manager, you will be the primary contact for assigned customers, nurturing operational relationships to ensure successful implementation, customer satisfaction, and continued growth. You will coordinate project delivery, ensure smooth onboarding, and serve as the subject matter expert on all ClearOps product offerings. By closely working with both external partners and internal teams, you'll ensure the successful deployment of our solutions and laying a sound foundation for long-term customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive internal implementations or serve as the main point of contact for customers and implementation partners during the delivery phase up until handover to live support during Hypercare phase.
- Collect and align project requirements with partners on functional scope, timelines, and milestones as well as monitoring project progress ensuring budget compliance.
- Lead new feature documentation and training initiatives to ensure seamless onboarding of internal and external stakeholders.
2. Pre-Sales Support & Statement of Work (SOW)
- Support the sales team during pre-sales workshops and product demonstrations for potential clients.
- Contribute to the establishment of Statements of Work (SOW), ensuring accurate representation of ClearOps’ capabilities.
- Collaborate with Product Team to consolidate requirements across multiple projects to drive a more standardized product offering.
3. Internal Collaboration & Strategic Initiatives
- Collaborate on internal projects and initiatives aligned with ClearOps’ product development roadmap.
- Provide insights and feedback to enhance ClearOps’ SaaS solutions based on customer and market demands.
