ClearOps is on the cutting edge of revolutionizing the supply chain industry through hyperconnectivity. We seek an adept Python Developer/Data Scientist who excels in deep learning architectures and operational research, to elevate our platform's forecasting, inventory, and replenishment planning capabilities. This role is instrumental in our mission to automate and streamline after-sales service operations, applying predictive analytics to foster informed decision-making and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain python framework and python functions based on libaries such as Pandas, RxPy, SciPy, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, focusing on scalability and performance.
Lead the development of advanced analytics and models for forecasting and inventory optimization, employing deep learning and statistical techniques.
Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices in software development and data science.
Design, implement, and maintain a broad suite of tests to ensure the robustness and reliability of our analytical models.
Participate in task estimation and brainstorming sessions for new feature implementations, emphasizing data-driven operational improvements.
Engage in Agile Scrum teams, contributing to sprints and periodic meetings to maintain alignment and drive innovation.

Your profile

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Python development, proficient in Python 3.
Solid experience with libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, SciPy, and experience or strong interest in TensorFlow or PyTorch for deep learning.
Proven expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and understanding of deep learning architectures.
Proficiency in SQL for efficient data extraction, filtering, and searching to support analytical and optimization efforts.
Proficiency with Git for version control.
Good verbal and written English communication skills.

Nice to have experience in:

Understanding of ReactiveX programming with hands-on experience in RxPy, enhancing our ability to build responsive and efficient applications.
Foundation in operational research, with a track record in forecasting and inventory optimization projects.
Experience with AWS services including AWS Glue, AWS Jupyter, AWS SageMaker, and S3, which are integral to our data processing and machine learning infrastructure.
A proactive problem-solver passionate about dissecting complex data challenges.
Keen on staying updated with the latest in AI, machine learning, and operational research.
A team player who values collaboration and can thrive in a fast-paced setting.
