Responsibilities:
- Foster enduring relationships with clients, understanding their needs to ensure satisfaction with ClearOps.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client issues, ensuring effective resolution.
- Manage and monitor KPIs and SLAs to maintain ClearOps's optimal performance and contractual
compliance. - Provide advanced technical support, guiding clients to maximize their use of the ClearOps platform.
- Customize ClearOps solutions to meet the specific business needs of each client.
- Conduct client training sessions for full proficiency in the ClearOps platform and its solutions.
- Relay client feedback to product development teams to guide future enhancements and innovations.
- Ensure all product updates and features meet quality standards and integrate seamlessly into client
operations. - Champion client needs within ClearOps, ensuring they are addressed and prioritized.
- Identify opportunities to expand the use of ClearOps solutions within client organizations.
