The ClearOps supply chain hyperconnectivity platform revolutionizes machine manufacturing companies from all industries (automotive, trucking, heavy equipment, power tools, etc.) by integrating them with their entire downstream supply chain, from production to dealer and distributor to the machine in the field. We provide end-to-end supply chain visibility and leverage data in a never seen way to accurately predict future demand and ensure supply. The result? A world that never breaks down again through the means of state-of-the-art technology.  

Responsibilities:
  • Foster enduring relationships with clients, understanding their needs to ensure satisfaction with ClearOps.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client issues, ensuring effective resolution.
  • Manage and monitor KPIs and SLAs to maintain ClearOps's optimal performance and contractual 
    compliance.
  • Provide advanced technical support, guiding clients to maximize their use of the ClearOps platform.
  • Customize ClearOps solutions to meet the specific business needs of each client.
  • Conduct client training sessions for full proficiency in the ClearOps platform and its solutions.
  • Relay client feedback to product development teams to guide future enhancements and innovations.
  • Ensure all product updates and features meet quality standards and integrate seamlessly into client 
    operations.
  • Champion client needs within ClearOps, ensuring they are addressed and prioritized.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the use of ClearOps solutions within client organizations.
Your profile
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years working in a technical account/relationship management/client-facing role, such as Customer Success/Support/Technical Account Management/Solution Architect in SaaS 
    organization
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, or 
    Business with a focus on Information Systems
  • Experience in integrating SaaS solutions with various customer system integrations and configurations, connecting disparate systems for streamlined operations
  • Perfect written and spoken English, good listening skills
  • The ability to convey technical concepts to both expert users as well as to non-technical stakeholders effectively, using appropriate presentation techniques
  • Proficiency in SQL, APIs, and data analysis 
  • Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security and cutting-edge infrastructures
  • Skills in managing projects from inception through completion, including deployment, customization, and ongoing support
