The ClearOps supply chain hyperconnectivity platform revolutionizes machine manufacturing companies from all industries (automotive, trucking, heavy equipment, power tools, etc.) by integrating them with their entire downstream supply chain, from production to dealer and distributor to the machine in the field. We provide end-to-end supply chain visibility and leverage data in a never seen way to accurately predict future demand and ensure supply. The result? A world that never breaks down again through the means of state-of-the-art technology.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical customer support to our customers through our ticketing system
- Answer questions about the product and help with product configuration
- Monitor system and business alerts and react to them
- Solve known issues and perform workarounds
- Communicate with external data providers and connected external IT systems
- Handle bug reports and perform manual functional testing
- Maintain documentation
- Working schedule 1-10pm CET time
